Meet Linda Hubbard

Founder, Registered Nurse, Nutrition Specialist, & Health Coach

Hi, I’m Linda Hubbard, the founder of To Your Health. After 25 years as an RN, I saw the growing need for a personalized approach to health and nutrition- and I knew I could make a difference.

Throughout my career, I have helped patients manage their diabetes, heart disease, gut health, chronic inflammation and more.

I’ve worked with the American Heart Association to educate healthcare professionals on heart health, consulted with corporations to design impactful employee wellness programs, and hosted workshops on topics such as make-ahead meal planning, healthy grocery shopping strategies, adopting healthy sleep habits and techniques to lower stress.

All programs are led by Linda Hubbard, a Registered Nurse, Nutrition Specialist, and Health Coach with years of experience in health education and behavior change.
